We send out most orders within 24 hours and you will be notified by email once your order’s been sent.
We offer a flat rate of $8.95 to anywhere in Australia (typically it would be $10+) which will arrive within 3-5 days from dispatch. If you need it urgently, express is also available, which takes between 1-3 days from dispatch, but that is slightly more expensive. We also ship to the UK, USA, Europe and most other countries.
For international delivery we use Australia Post International because they have always delivered excellently for us. Each order is individually calculated with Australia Post based on weight – so you are always getting the best price possible. Standard international airmail will generally arrive between 4-10 working days (depending on location of course).We also offer International Courier Delivery via Australia Post, which will arrive between 2-4 working days (location dependent).
A few other things to note: As a rule we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (but that isn’t always the case). While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Splashsuits cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by postage providers. If, however, your delivery has been delayed because of our error and it is taking an unreasonable amount of time to reach you, we will offer you a refund. In the event that you supply incorrect delivery details, Splashsuits will contact you using the personal details that you have provided. Where incorrect delivery details are supplied, Splashsuits will not pay for any additional delivery costs, so please make sure they are correct at the time of purchase.
