It is really easy to return or exchange Splashsuits and we are more than happy to help!
We will happily exchange or refund your item(s), provided they and their packaging are returned to Splashsuits within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that returned items will be resold and therefore must be returned in their original condition with original packaging – unused, unworn and with tags attached.
Please note that because we are a new business we cannot cover additional postage costs at this stage and return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, any new postage costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us here first or call us on (61) 02 8006 6922. Just state your name, order details and the reason for your return.
Please note that for exchanges and refunds we’ll need to confirm that you purchased the product via our website, as our returns and exchange policy only applies to items bought directly from our online store. For purchases made from our retail stockists, the goods will be covered by the store’s own return and exchange policy.
